By signing in to Gujjar Trade World ("GTW", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

GTW is a private application for invited users only. Access is granted by GTW administrators on a per-account basis. We may add, suspend, or terminate any account at any time without notice and without obligation to explain why.

Your account

You authenticate with a Google account that an administrator has added to the allowlist.
You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use to sign in.
Sharing your account or your session cookie with anyone else is prohibited.

Trading risk disclaimer

Trading securities, cryptocurrency, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. GTW is a tool for recording and executing trade decisions that you make. GTW does not provide investment advice, does not recommend any particular trade, and does not guarantee any outcome. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences, including any financial losses.

Brokerage relationship

GTW integrates with Alpaca Securities for trade execution. Your brokerage account and any funds in it are governed by your separate agreement with Alpaca. GTW does not hold your funds, securities, or cryptocurrency. We are not a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, or financial institution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any closed-source component of the service.
Use the service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
Submit data that contains malware, infringes intellectual property, or otherwise harms the service or its users.

No warranty

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security flaws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTW and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the service. In any case, our total liability is limited to USD 100.

Termination

An administrator may terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your account row is deleted from our database; trade-call records you created remain in the database as historical records.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of GTW resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
